Safe transaction from 3.5% minimum – 8% maximum escrow fee.
Fee Structure
Escrow commission is set per platform in the database. PRO members receive a 30% discount on the escrow fee. VIP members receive a 50% discount on the escrow fee.
3% escrow fee on any deal of $500.00 or above (instead of the normal platform fee).
PRO and VIP buyers still receive their membership percent discount on that fee.
Example: a $500.00 deal is 3% = $15.00;
a PRO user with 30% off pays $10.50.

Typical Process (YouTube example)
- Buyer creates offer / pays asset price + escrow fee.
- Seller accepts and designates the escrow agent as owner/manager.
- Escrow agent verifies the asset and grants manager rights to the buyer (if Fast option).
- After the mandatory 7-day window, escrow agent removes other managers and transfers primary ownership to the buyer.
- Funds are released to the seller.
This platform is not a financial institution or payment provider. It acts only as a neutral facilitator b/w buyer and seller. Principal funds move directly between buyer and seller.
